Summer Campus Hops High Street in the University District will be the scene for three Campus Hops this summer—June 21, July 19 and August 16—featuring free outdoor movies on the Wexner Center plaza, live music, restaurant specials, sidewalk sales and historic campus tours. The Hops run noon to midnight, and are sponsored by the College of the Arts, Wexner Center, Campus Partners, South Campus Gateway, University Community Business Association, University District Organization and Summit of 16th. The first Hop, on June 21, features the 1953 film The Big Heat, starting at 9 pm. Other activities that day include the John Glenn exhibit, live music on the Gateway Plaza; tours of the Oval: "pitch in" flip, toss and spin games; displays of solar-powered and bio-diesel electric vehicles; and much more.
