Vita Berezina-Blackburn

Vita Berezina-Blackburn teaches introductory and advanced graduate courses in computer 3d modeling and animation. She also collaborates on research projects investigating new applications of animation in multimedia contexts. Her artwork has been presented at venues such as SIGGRAPH, the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, MIT Museum, Wexner Center for the Arts, as well as screened at film and animation festivals in the US, Brazil, the Netherlands, Checz Republic, Russia and Italy. In 2005 Berezina-Blackburn received a New York Dance and Performance Award (BESSIE) for her collaborative work on Landing Place, a production by the Bebe Miller Dance Company.
